APPOINTMENT POLICY
- All Clients need to pre-pay for their appointments
- All Clients are seen by appointment only
- Julia Does Not take walk-ins or cold calls
- 24 Hours Notice is required for cancellations. If you do not provide 24 hours notice your pre-paid amount will go for the appointment time that was reserved for you. If you wish to reschedule, you will need to pre-pay for another appointment.
- Do Not Arrive/Call more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time as Julia will be in session with other clients.
- When You Book An Appointment with Julia you are reserving a block of time with her. If you arrive/call late you will be given the remainder of your scheduled time and be charged for the full amount of the time that was reserved for you.
- Please Keep In Mind that Julia receives hundreds of requests on a daily basis. She personally returns all of her phone calls and answers all her emails and endeavors to respond to everyone who contacts her within 24-48 hours. So if you do not hear from Julia right away, please be patient.
